EVERGREEN & IVORY | MINI SESSION POLICIES



To ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for everyone, please review the following policies before booking your session.

BOOKING & PAYMENTS

• A 50% non-refundable deposit is required within 48 hours of reserving your spot to secure your booking. Any unpaid reservations after this period may be released.
• The remaining balance may be paid on the day of your session.
• All booking arrangements, invoices, and payments must be handled by one designated person.

CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING

• Any cancellation or rescheduling requests must be communicated at least 24 hours before your scheduled session.
• Deposits are non-refundable in the event of cancellation.
• Rescheduling is subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed due to the limited nature of mini sessions.

ARRIVAL & SESSION TIME

• Each mini session is strictly 20 minutes.
• A 5-minute grace period is provided for late arrivals. However, arriving 10 minutes or more after your scheduled start time will result in cancellation.
• Late arrivals will not receive additional session time. This policy ensures that all clients scheduled after you are accommodated without delays.

PROOFING & IMAGE DELIVERY

• Proof images will be sent within 24 hours following your session for you to select your favourite images.
• Please note that proof images are unedited and watermarked. They are provided for selection purposes only.
• Final edited images will be delivered within 5–10 business days after your final favourites list has been confirmed.
• Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays are not considered business days.
• Any included or purchased prints will be processed and delivered separately following the completion of your digital gallery.

CHRISTMAS DELIVERY GUARANTEE

All final digital images will be delivered before Christmas Day, allowing you to share and enjoy your beautiful memories with loved ones this holiday season!
