POLICY

• A 50% non- refundable deposit is required once your package & session date is confirmed. Balance is paid day of session.
• Cancelling or rescheduling of photoshoot should be notified 24 - 48 hours prior to date of session.
• A 10 minute grace period is given for late arrival. Photoshoot is cancelled after 30 minute arrival; and, a REBOOKING is required !
• Studio rentals are covered for up to one (1) hour. Any additional rental time after is NOT covered by photographer, but by the client . Additional studio rental time is paid directly to studio & additional photo coverage time is paid to photographer.
• Proof images are sent 24-36 hours to select favorites image in relation to the package chosen. Proof images are unedited & watermarked.
• Booking, invoices and payments should be conducted by ONE individual/ company.
• Please allow ten (10) business days for final images to be sent. Ten (10) days begin after final favorite list is confirmed ( prints delivered after) Holidays, Saturday & Sunday are not business days.
