Policy

CANCELLATIONS

• Cancelling or rescheduling should be notified 48 hours prior to date of event.
• Same day (24hour) cancellation, 50% of payment is refunded.
• If vendor, "Eye of Sky Photography" cancels the booking, a full refund is issued.

DAMAGES

• An accidental fee of $50+ is incurred, if equipment is damaged, stolen, lost etc. by client.

BOOKING & PAYMENT

• Full Payment is required on the date issued on the invoice.
• Booking, invoices, payments & other transactions should be conducted by client only.
• Media will be delivered via email within 2-4 business days.

CLIENT RESPONSIBILITES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Client is responsible for designated space of video guest book.
• For outdoor events ensure space has a leveled platform & conducive against heat & weather.
• Ensure power outlet is available for guest book.
• Ensure event environment is always professional. "Eye of Sky Photography" has a zero tolerance of harassment in any form.
